The Government of Lebanon committed to a comprehensive agenda of reforms under the 3RF. In the priority sectors identified by the 3RF, state institutions will present their strategies, highlight their challenges, draw on the expertise of civil society, which would also monitor progress on reforms, and seek support from the international community.
Convening the full range of stakeholders will bring together all the resources needed to make progress possible, including on multiple prior actions listed in the Staff-Level Agreement with the International Monetary Fund. The Government will assume a leading role on strategic decisions within the identified sectors, with the support of the 3RF Secretariat, to ensure inclusivity and transparency.
The 3RF has specific reform priorities, that were identified through an inclusive process led by the Government of Lebanon, civil society, and the international community.
