The 3RF convened a first meeting on Education in June 2022. The Ministry of Education and Higher Education Five-Year Plan 2021-2025 provides a strategic direction for equitable access to education, quality education and education system strengthening and governance. In June 2023, the Ministry launched it 2025 education Reform Roadmap focusing on core teaching and learning, governance and operational reforms, and core efficiency and cost saving reforms. Under the leadership of the Ministry, partners convene along 3RF lines to discuss how best to support the Reform Roadmap.
